Questionnaire
This is my questionnaire on my website after I finished creating my website and wanted to create a questionnaire to give people and see what people thought about my website. I was able to get 10 people to participate in this a lot of the feedback was positive, there was just a couple of negative feedback that came back.
The majority of the people that participated in my questionnaire were aged (18 to 24) with 44.44% and the rest were (25 to 34, 35 to 44) with 22.22% and (45 to 54) with 11.11%. This shows that the Jack Johnson fans are in the teens and early twenties.
This shows that there is more female than male that like Jack johnson with female with 60% and male with 40%. I was pretty surprised with this as I thought there would be more male than female as Jack Johnson is a male.
The majority of people said they rate the design as very good with 80% saying that and 20% said it was good. I was very happy
Conclusion
I created my questionnaire using survey monkey which is a great website to create surveys. To present and get people to fill out my questionnaire I sent it to people by posting it on my Facebook page and sending it out in emails. I only ended up getting 10 responses which I was disappointed with I think this was due down to doing it just digtial as a lot of people try and avoid filling out questionnaires. If I was to print my questionnaire out and give them to either students, friends, family, etc. Then I would have a greater chance of getting more responses than just doing it digitally. In the future i'll make sure this won't happen again and i'll do that by sending my questionnaire out in different ways such as on paper, face to face and digitally via email.
This is how I posting the questionnaire on my Facebook page.
I did this primary research as I wanted to find out what individuals thought off my website too see if they liked it or if it was successful or not successful. I was only able to get 10 people to participate in the questionnaire which I wasn't to happy about as I would of liked to have a large number of people to get better feedback but with having 10 I was still happy with the feedback that they gave back. Overall the majority of the people said my website was successful and couple of people said two little negative things about the website, which was a technical problem and on person saying that some of the text looked a bit blurred, but the logo was meant to be like that. It's good to get negative feedback sometimes as a lot of people just say good things instead of saying bad things as they don't want to upset you which is what you always want as you want people to be completely honest about what you ask them.
This is an image showing where someone told me there was a technical problem. They said they tried clicking 'home' on the naviagtion menu while they were on the home page and it brought up an error page.
This is how I fixed the problem with the home page not working. The problem was that there was text that was missing in the home section which was a 'slash' and '.html'. Even though it was only too little thing it does make massive difference so you always need to make sure you get everything perfect when coding.
This is an image showing where someone thought the text was blurred in the navigation menu. Where is was actually a effect that I put on but I can where they are coming from.
